Wildfire Face Masks

Industrial Grade Filtration

Wildfires increase air pollution in surrounding areas and can affect regional air quality for prolonged periods of time. Beyond the destruction of the fires themselves, one of the most detrimental aspects of wildfires is the fine particle pollution they create. This can be harmful to both young and old, as well as those with and without respiratory conditions. Due to the ongoing pandemic, more people than ever have access to face masks. Unfortunately, the vast majority of these medical grade and cloth masks have little to no ability to filter extremely fine particles.

Wildfire Face Masks

The NXTGEN EasyFlow Mask® utilizes several reusable medical and industrial grade filter composites, making it one of the most versatile masks in the world. When it comes to fine particle pollution, our industrial  filter composite should be used. Our incredible 4-layer industrial grade filters combine premium meltblown cloth and electrostatic non woven to meet and exceed the N95 standard of greater than or equal to 95% filtration of .3 microns when NaCl tested, per 42 CFR 84.

Easy Breathing, Powerful Particle Blockage

Wildfire Face Masks

True to our EasyFlow trademark, our industrial grade filter composite is 40% more breathable than the average N95 mask or similar cartridge style respirator. We achieve this by having a large filter element over the entire mask, and by using highly advanced filter materials made by Hollingsworth & Vose.

These cutting-edge materials meet the most stringent global respirator standards while providing a much freer flowing and cooler mask. While NIOSH allows a maximum inhalation resistance of 35mm H20 at a flow rate of 84 + LPM for N95 and similar respirators, our 4-layer industrial grade EasyFlow filters only have an inhalation resistance of 9.5mm H20 at flow rate of 84 + LPM. Not only does this make wearing our masks far more comfortable, it is also highly beneficial for those with asthma and other respiratory conditions.

EasyFlow Mask® Highlights

  • Will not fog glasses or significantly muffle the voice
  • Reusable masks and filters
  • Adjustable latex free head straps, not ear loops
  • Quickly and easily clean the mask frames and face gasket with alcohol, clinical wipes, UV or warm soapy water
  • Easily switch between medical and industrial grade filter media with one mask

  • With proper seal, the EasyFlow Mask® will pass a qualitative fit test with all NXTGEN filter media

Please note: Our 4-layer industrial filters do not utilize activated carbon. Activated carbon is used to remove some fume types and also smells. As such, you are likely to still smell smoke with our filters. This is to be expected and your mask is still filtering all of the dangerous particles as designed.

Disclaimer: As a new product, the NXTGEN EasyFlow Mask® has not yet been formally NIOSH  listed. This is a lengthy process that often takes a few years to complete. All of our products have been throughly tested and pre-certified by independent, accredited labs. Our industrial filter media meets and exceeds N95 standards based on NIOSH NaCl testing, per 42 CFR 84. While we cannot yet legally market our industrial grade filters as N95 until this process is complete, our products meet and exceed all FDA, NIOSH and EN standards for use as listed in each filter specification. With proper seal, all NXTGEN mask and filter combinations will pass a qualitative fit test. All of our filter media is made in the USA and is processed in an ISO 9001:2015 facility that exclusively specializes in the processing of medical and industrial filter media.
